Hello, we are a 35 year old couple with 2 children we would like to leave for Florida, we are settling there for good... Fed up with France we would like to open our own business in a restaurant or bar I don't know.. someone could tell me where to start all this is unclear level of banking legislation how much contribution for its business free or paid schools (child of 1 year and 7 years old) that's a little confusing but more than anything we want leave lol thank you for your answers or suggestions..
