Good morning, I am Venezuelan, I would like to go live in Ecuador with my family. my law student wife, and my son. I am a doctor. I have some questions: 1- The university where I studied my degree is not on the list of universities for direct recognition of degrees. What should I do to recognize it and be able to practice in Ecuador. 2- I have in my hands the title of medical surgeon (general practitioner) registered in the Ministry of Popular Power for Health, however I also studied postgraduate studies in Internal Medicine at the same university, with the exception that for health reasons I am not able to present my degree thesis at the moment. The question is the following: if I have both my care grades (from the hospital) and postgraduate grades from the university, is there a way for me to be recognized in Ecuador to opt to practice as an internist? with the exception that here in Venezuela I have recognition of my degree by the medical school. I appreciate as much help as possible, thank you! 3- in case of not recognizing the specialty: there is a way to recognize the academic load and finish the specialty there or manage to enter a subspecialty.
