Born and raised in Ottawa, ON a mother of a 21 year old and married to a wonderful man who like me wants to retire soon (next 7 years) to Belize. Wanting to know lots of information but mainly what area is the best for ex-pats with good security and lots of beach and bars close to the markets (walking distance) and good cheap rentals. We won't buy for awhile
