I currently live in Sacramento, California USA and I'm here to learn about Scandinavia from an expatriate point of view, especially when it comes to things like health care and disabilities. I have cerebral palsy and want to see if emmigrating from the U.S. could be wise for me. Of course I have the same travel lust anyone who registers here probably does, and I day dream about saving money to move some place far away where I can enjoy a more international culture.
