I live in Milan, I am a child psychotherapist, I am married to Francesco and we are expecting our first child. For years we have wanted to expatriate, partly out of thirst for knowledge and partly to give ourselves opportunities. We both found ourselves losing our jobs at the same time. I worked for 6 years, with fixed-term contracts, in a public hospital where I gave my all and now, right at the beginning of the pregnancy, I was told that there were no funds to hire me. I've studied a lot, I'm ultra-specialised in my sector and I think it's time to give myself a chance. Francesco agrees, we have put something aside over the years, and we are ready to go!
