We both love hosting and entertaining and a friendly, warm welcome and stay goes a long way. 路 PRACTICAL : We believe and implement our hands on approach, both being practical and having skills and knowledge of all the aspects of running an establishment. We are not just committed to a title or job description, making us flexible towards multi-tasking and overcoming the daily challenges and expectations, from on time maintenance to excellent cuisine, immaculate accommodation, thus ensuring a memorable experience at your lodge. Our attention to detail and high standard expectancy creates awareness of the smallest inaccuracy. 路 TEAM LEADERS : Leading teams between 4 and 140+ employees of different cultures, from project management, events or the running of establishments we have the necessary experience to keep any team motivated and enthusiastic at all times. A happy worker is a good worker. We believe in empowering employees with skills and knowledge to enable them to do their given task to the best of their ability. We highly value the importance of communication, honesty, transparency and accountability. 路 ADMINISTRATION : Our past administrative experience in corporate companies and our own businesses ensure accurate statistics, reports and strategy suggestions based on analyzing monthly operations and feedback. We firmly believe in structure, and having strong analytical skills, implementing and executing pro-active measures when taking into account business forecasts and history. Computer skills range from booking sites, Design, Web, Social Media, Office and general Internet. 路 NATURE : Our love and respect for nature will ensure the company to adhere to prescribed environmental plans. We have a passion for travelling and camping, and with our international marketing and sales background, we understand and value the expectancy of diverse cultures. 路 FLEXIBILITY : We both have children (13 and 17) residing with their other parents in South Africa. This allows us flexibility in terms of working hours, allowing us to fully commit and dedicate ourselves to growing and entrenching the lodge as a prevalent destination. Being 51 and 45 with a zest for life and excellent health, our age ensures stability and we will regard this as our final career move. As all our current projects are outsourced and we are self-employed, we are able to start employment soonest, pending your requirements. We would embrace an opportunity to be a part of a lodge management team and residing in Mozambique, Botswana, Tanzania, the Okavango or Namibia has been a dream for a long time.
