On leaving school I joined the British Royal Navy as a cook and served for 24 years. I then drove a truck for a courier company for 15 years before retiring to the appenine mountains of Italy where me and my wife run a little bed and breakfast.
Interests: beekeeping, hillwalking, gardening, cooking.
