I am a mother of two children. Genevi猫ve Chagnon-Lampron has two children who attend the International High School (JIS). My son lives in Quebec, Canada and works as a certified appraiser. My husband lives in Quebec and serves as general director of the MRC du Haut-St-Laurent. He is a CPA accountant. Now a few words to introduce myself. I currently work part-time as a returning officer for Elections Canada for the M茅gantic-L'脡rable riding. I spent my career in the Government of Quebec. My main functions are mainly the following: more than 10 years in human resources management at the Treasury Board, another 11 years in civil security as a manager. 3 years as director of communications and organizational development at the Ministry of Public Safety. Upon my retirement, I took on a new challenge at the City of Quebec as director of the civil security department. After completing this mandate, I accepted the position of secretary general of the Ombudsman Office in the city of Gatineau. This function was the fulfillment of all my past experiences. I was able to use my talents to defend the rights of citizens while respecting those of administrative powers. I am looking for a position where human rights will be at the center of my mission. I would like to take advantage of my culture of prevention acquired in civil security and my integrated resilience when managing exceptional events. Indonesia is known mainly for its economic growth, its tourism and its volcanoes. As the country has had to face earthquakes, the most recent in Lombok, I would be motivated to work in prevention and recovery to facilitate the population's return to normal. I have the ability to create initial contact and build confidence among citizens. In addition, my management skills facilitate the completion of mandates while respecting financial and human resources and according to the proposed schedule. I deal tactfully with organizations and their bureaucratic constraints. It would be a new challenge and a personal achievement to make myself useful in civil security in Indonesia.
