Currently finishing an engineering degree in Production Management (obtained in September 2019), I plan to emigrate to California during the summer of 2020. In the best case scenario I would like to create a restaurant, otherwise work as an engineer in the food industry. With my 3 years of work-study experience in a beet sugar factory, I am leaving with an advantage in the food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical sectors because the manufacturing processes there are inspired by the sugar industry.
