Hello my name is Abdoul Karim I am of Guinean nationality, I have just returned to Guinea I was in Philippines, I am a student of license2 in Telecommunications at the Gamal Abdel Naser University of Conakry, my ambition is to be a Network engineer but the quality of training in technology in Rwanda I would like to continue my higher studies in Rwanda but I do not know how the procedure to go and study there in Rwanda, so I would like to know if anyone in this forum knows that it can be explained to me please
