I currently live in Germany in a small town located 1 hour from Hamburg, I got married in France in 1996 to a German and I already had a residence permit for 10 years, I had 2 children, today my son is 22 years old and my daughter just turned 18 on December 3 in 2007 we decided to go and live in Germany we rented a restaurant with accommodation, in 2010 we divorced with shared custody I just had to translate my marriage certificate, my second French residence permit renewed in France was still valid until 2012 so after legal separation in 2008 I obtained aufenhalttitel 3 years, after that I had a problem with my ex because his children refused to see him well too long to tell, after emotional shock I had a problem level health in July 2019 I went to aussl盲nderbehorde to redo my unbefristet residence card and they refused and told me that I must provide for the needs of my family without receiving rental assistance I am given a year until July 2020, I found a job 40 hours per week in a 4 star hotel very well paid in the kitchen, I also obtained a certificate to work in a rest home with internship but we are looking for the moment teilzeit, I would do this job when I obtain a long-term residence permit, I worked at Hotel Navigare for 2 and a half months I was not able to continue because it is too much work my health did not allow it so I resigned I found a job another job which I start on the 15th of this month January 2020 Produktionshelferin 151 hours per month , I have to get out of job center help, my children have German identity cards, my children advised me to return to live in France together because it will be easier and I can obtain a French passport because I have already been married for 4 years to a French man in 1992 in Corsica, what should I do I have arthritis which has been ruining my life since 2012, I also received old age retirement papers from France as I have the right to retire at 65 I am 54 years old, my daughter is in her last year studying economics, my son had surgery for a polyp he is not working at the moment because he has an appointment on the 24th of this month because he is very unwell, I cannot leave my children and return to my country I have no one left here or elsewhere except my children and my 2 cats, what an approach what should I do to return to live in France please answer me
