My name is Valentina and I am a 26 year old girl looking for change. At just 20 years old I left my city of origin and my family in search of a job that could give me autonomy and independence from every point of view. I have worked in various fields from healthcare to catering. I am currently employed at a prestigious multinational fast food company (McDonalds) and I hold the role of Manager full time. I manage shifts lasting around eight hours and am responsible for drawing up employee timetables. In 2018 I graduated in education sciences and I am currently embarking on a new post-graduate training path.
