I am from England and I married a Belgian. Been here 4 years and I have learned quite a lot of Dutch but still learning. Speaking it is still difficult for me. I have grown up children and now a step child. Finding it rather isolated here. Love the beer and Chocolate.

I am told I need to have an 'individualiteitsattest' to go with my new passport when I change my name after divorce. They dont seem to be able to tell me what exactly that is and where I get it. Anyone done this before?
