Mahajanga, Boeny, Madagascar

Arriving as a couple in Madagascar after several vacations and scouting trips, we decided to settle there but not just anywhere. The hustle and bustle of the capital was to be avoided so as not to fall back into a megacity with its disadvantages. We opted for Majunga because it is sunny there for more than 300 days/year and because it is a seaside town where security is more relative than elsewhere.

Only 2 ways to reach the capital: by car 10 hours of national road by plane but very random and ticket price as expensive as going to Reunion or Mauritius...
