Hello everyone, My name is William, I live in Saint-Emilion (France) and I have been spending a few weeks a year in Thailand for around fifteen years, and for the past 2/3 years, mainly on BKK. Like many, I adore these smiling, courteous people, with lots of good principles. And also like many, I can no longer stand the gloom in Europe, the incivility and lack of courtesy of people in France, not to mention a European economy in agony. I worked for 20 years as a model, all over the world, with an American father and an English mother, so I am rather open-minded! ;-) My plan is to acquire or create either a guesthouse or a wine bar with targeted products, suppliers from the southwest. For 2013, which areas of BKK or Jomtien in Pattaya would be booming? In advance, thank you for your answers!!
