About
Hello to all Expat friends. So I noticed that it is a very dynamic site and I registered to share my new business. My name is Pope Gora SECK from the city of Mbour, the capital of the Petit-C么te of Senegal. I am a young real estate developer who has gained experience in banks, design offices and NGOs for almost 10 years. Indeed, as an economist by training, I worked in an NGO specializing in rural water supply. This is where I developed a taste for construction and gained my experience in this field.
My training and experience in civil engineering allowed me to be efficient in setting up construction projects and monitoring construction sites. Also the fact of being from Mbour is an additional asset to establish a solid network of partnerships with players in the fields of finance and real estate.
It is in this context that I set up a company called 鈥淧roperty Management Company of Petite-C么te EGIP鈥 whose premises are located on the road to Dakar. It mainly operates in the field of real estate engineering: Advisory support; Brokerage and intermediation; Property management; Study and implementation of construction projects; Site monitoring and control.
My potential clientele remains of course emigrant friends (who trust their parents less and less for many reasons) and foreign developers who have profitable and viable projects on the Petite-C么te.
It is an individual company (while waiting to find a serious partner to grow), recognized in 2013 under the numbers RCCCM: SN-THS 2013 A 0863 and NINEA: 0048635X5.
Today, sometimes unhealthy practices in tourist towns have polluted this real estate sector to such an extent that investors no longer know what to do to avoid scams. A market study revealed that many projects lie dormant because of this phenomenon.
To eradicate this scourge, EGIP has developed a legal system to secure transactions. In addition, ethical and moral values 鈥嬧媋re at the heart of its commitments.
Thank you for your advice and contributions

My expat journey

Senegal

Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso
I went to Burkina purely professionally. It was financial partners who brought us for a study trip and an internship as part of a sub-regional project. The objective of this trip was to discover the livestock-meat market management approach and the standard models of works intended for these markets financed by the European Union.
