furnished and not sure what area just walkable for retiree to a market and maybe away from high auto TRAFFIC. exhaust 'n noise.聽 And the least cost (ie. 25.,000rs but with a full kitchen 'n bedroom 'n' storage?

It is a small country, but there is lots to learn before you decide to retire here.

The procedure is quite straight forward but takes time, as expected; sometimes more than expected!

Come over for a month or so, live here and see what will be good for you before making any final decisions. Reality on the ground is always different from online experiences.

Good luck with the search. Prices have risen quite a bit recently, and I guess you need the retiree visa as well, which requires a minimum transfer from abroad of 2000 USD per month, I think.
