I think the best way is to google search companies in your field (hotels etc) and contact them directly through their website.

Hello Julien, My wife and I are English, retired ex-patriats living in the Gard department of mainland France. We are considering in the medium term to sell our home here and to retire finally to Reunion probably for the rest of our lives - providing it suits us! I appreciated reading your guide to the island but failed to be able to save it and did not want to print it our as it is quite lengthy.
