long-term rentals around $500-$500 per month on Soh Sumai

Hello All:

I need your advice and experiences related to long-term renting of apartments or condos, etc. on the island of Koh Sumai for around $500-$600 per month for up to 4 years.

im in Chiang Mai now and have decided CM is not for me and have only 5 days before I can cancel my 3 week hotel reservation without a cancellation fee and fly to Soh Sumai, rent a hotel for 3 weeks while I secure a long-term rental by 3 May.

Please help me if you can. Thanks VERY much, Doug

Hello Obeiddoug172,

there are many prices in Koh Samui. All depends about type of house you are searching. My friend in Lamai area pays 60 k per year, living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
