KRONGPA – GIA LAI CHARITY EVENT

VENUE: Krong Pa District, Gia Lai Province
DATE: 25, 26 and 27 December 2015 (Friday afternoon, Saturday, Sunday)
MISSION:
- cattle livestock (bò giống) for some poor families
- bookshelves, reference books, comic books, facilities for a school in Gia Lai Province where most of minority people are living
- bikes for some poor pupils
- school supplies for some poor pupils
- repairing houses for some poor families
- medical treatment expense support for some poor families
- new or used TVs for some poor families
- some facilities for the local unions to organize mobile art, musical programs for people in remote area such as 01 big loudspeaker, 01 movable amply, 02 no-line-in microphones, 02 megaphones, 1 DVD recorder

SCHEDULE:
(i) Day 1 - Friday 25/12 afternoon
- fly at 5pm from HCMC to Pleiku City
- spend a night in a hotel in Pleiku to explore the city and enjoy local dinner
(ii) Day 2 - Saturday 26/12
- enjoy local breakfast, coffee
- take a 2.5 hour bus from Pleiku to Krongpa
- visit and provide facilities to school
- enjoy local lunch, check in Guest House
- visit and provide supports to pupils, families
- enjoy local dinner
- join the traditional dancing balls of the minority people
- enjoy traditional wine, food of minority people
(iii) Day 3 - Sunday 27/12
- enjoy local breakfast, coffee
- take a 2.5 hour bus from Krongpa to Pleiku
- visit some places in/ near Pleiku such as Ocean Lake, Power Plant, traditional house of minority people etc. (enjoy local lunch on the way)
- fly back to HCMC at 6pm

We will hold some gathering soon to collect any contributions .Please take note .

FOR SUPPORTS WITH REFERENCE BOOKS, COMIC BOOKS FOR PUPILS, please contact us (since we need to take flight to Gia Lai, we can’t receive your donated stuff aside from books).

FOR JOINING THE TRIP, please contact us (estimated cost is 3 mil VND approximately, in which: flight tickets around 2mil VND round trips, hotel 400k VND, food and inland transportation 600k)

This will be once in a life time experience to experience the life of the minority people  and to contribute 4 a meaningful event. Thank you
