Dual residency -Bahrain and Saudi

We are saudi residents. My daughter wants to pursue university education in Bahrain. The university requirement is to acquire Bahrain residency status upon acceptance.

The question : can she keep two residences, KSA and Bahrain ? Any issue with it in both countries?
