Hello,my company determinate my contract in 14.02,they say they will pay everything in end of month,now they tell me that for february give me check settlement?That is oke by the law?

If some case dont pay..i must go to ministry of labour?i dont must stay in country that they solved my case.?

Yes, Minister of labor. It usually takes time for the case to be resolved.
