Since your field is 'English Teaching. The Topic of study can be - Adaptation of English as a foreign language
-How to build a strong English Foundation
-interpretation and communication skills
- Public speaking ( English)
-chronicles of An English teacher
English in iran.

So you can blend in so many issues, the tools used, e problems faced, the impact, success stories.

You can conduct interviews too, a sample study of a few English students, create a rapport and having a friendly chat with them about their experience and challenges faced
