Need help in business/regulatory sector

My Canadian partners and I are creating a start-up in Saudi, and are signing shareholder contracts this weekend with a Saudi National.

I don't know where to look to find a lawyer/someone in the regulatory field to make sure everything is in order.

We feel depending on our Saudi partner to verify everything puts us in a vulnerable spot - as we don't know him personally.


Does anyone have any advice? Thanks in advance!
