Fake certificate rules and regulations

I have been working in company as operator. My agent twisted my certificate and gave fake ITI certificate. My iqama also mentioned as construction labour. But I am an Engineering graduate. I am asking my company to change my trade.But I want to know if there is any problem will rise when I ask for the trade change with my ITI certificate to engineering. Can anyone suggest me to resolve issue. I am not aware of any new rules and regulation in Saudi.

I would imagine they will kick you out as a liar and cheat.
