Former international chef having worked for years on cruise ships around the Mediterranean and converted to real estate, finance and events. Expat (departure) in Thailand since 2001. Given the length of the low season in Thailand, this allowed me to be able to travel numerous times within the country and of course to other Asian countries: Philippines (7), Indonesia (5), Cambodia (5), Malaysia (3), Burma (2), Hong Kong (2), Singapore (2), South Korea (1) and Japan (1) and to meet up with former work colleagues that I had met in Europe!
