According to Philippine law, infidelity is NOT grounds for Annulment nor Nullification. Only hope for that is to prove "psychological incapacity" from the beginning of the marriage. I'm not sure about the custody issue, but most likely that will ... Read More

If you are married outside of the Philippines, it is only recognized by the Philippines. As for Annulment/Nullification processes, the Philippines Government wouldn't have or would want anything to do with it for it's not an NSO Certificate ... Read More
