I am from Brussels, HORECA Manager, organizer of banquets (buffets), personnel management, chef training, I worked in Brussels in the horeca sector for more than twenty years.
As a lover of the Caribbean, I traveled there a lot, and I settled in the Dominican Republic for 2 years (bar, restaurant, etc.).
I speak Spanish, English, Dutch fluently.
Currently back in Brussels, I want to go back to work in Latin America, whatever the country.
